JD Lens analyzes job descriptions using AI and returns structured insights. Output is generated and may contain mistakes. Use it as guidance, not as professional career, legal, or recruitment advice.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not paste content you don't have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Do not use JD Lens to generate misleading or discriminatory job postings.
• Respect the free analysis limit and do not abuse the sign-in flow.

4. Intellectual property

The JD Lens product, brand, design, and codebase are owned by Jainova Technologies. You retain ownership of job descriptions you paste; we claim no rights over them.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Salary estimates, red flags, and interview questions are AI-generated suggestions, not guarantees of accuracy or fit.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jainova Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru.
